Joining President Petr Pavel at the Three Seas Initiative Summit in Dubrovnik

Recently, we had the opportunity to attend the Three Seas Initiative Summit in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on behalf of COPS, of which AgiLawyer is a part, as members of the official Czech delegation led by President Petr Pavel.

This was not just another business conference, but above all a gathering focused on the future of Central and Eastern Europe — from digitalization and infrastructure to security and international cooperation. The Three Seas Initiative has long connected countries between the Baltic, Adriatic, and Black Seas, creating opportunities for new partnerships across both the public and private sectors.
The discussions strongly reflected topics such as European resilience, support for Ukraine, and strategic cooperation in technology and energy. President Petr Pavel emphasized the importance of stronger regional connectivity and the need for long-term investments into Europe’s security and modernization.
Participating in events like this also has a personal dimension for us. Together with COPS, we previously helped build Linking Help — a project focused on supporting human rights in Ukraine and enabling rapid access to legal assistance for people affected by the war. Through this experience, we learned firsthand how important it is to connect technology, law, and international cooperation when real societal impact is at stake.
That is why we especially value the opportunity to take part in international gatherings like the Three Seas Summit and represent the Czech technology and legal ecosystem. We believe that the intersection of innovation, law, and regional cooperation will be one of the key drivers shaping the future of Central and Eastern Europe.
