Meet our speakers
Klára Dvořáková is a Czech attorney advising tour operators, travel agents, (mountain) guides and providers of transportation. She is a co-author of the first Czech complex legal book on travel law: Travel Law (Dvorakova, K., Kralova, R. Cestovni pravo. Praha: C. H. Beck, 2015 and 2022). She regularly gives lectures and writes articles on issues related to liability, travelling and regulation of travel business. Klára is also an experienced personal injury lawyer with special interest in outdoor and climbing accidents.
She acts as a chief of the Legal Commission of the International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation (UIAA). She profits from being an active member of Pan-European Organization of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL) and International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates (IFTTA). She acts also as an Honorary Consul of Iceland in Prague.
Ondřej is the co-founder of AgiLawyer, a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive services to small and medium-sized law firms as well as in-house legal teams, with a specialization in agile management solutions. He actively participates in conferences covering legal technology, startups, agile management, and non-profit initiatives.
Beyond his contributions to AgiLawyer, Ondřej is also deeply involved in Linking Help – UA.Support, a non-profit, international volunteer platform functioning as a clearinghouse. This initiative showcases the remarkable achievements possible through collaboration and technological support, including providing legal assistance to Ukrainian refugees.
Ondřej’s academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics in Prague and a PhD in the sustainability of Software and Enterprises from the Faculty of Information Technology at the Czech Technical University in Prague.
Dan is one of the few people in the world who has truly operated at many levels in both the defensive and offensives spaces. Dan’s cybersecurity career began in network engineering for the US military, and his subsequent career included government contracting working for companies like Lockheed Martin, URS [now AECOM], and Cyberpoint, as well as managing computer networks in Department of Defense hospitals. Dan had a stint in the offensive space, in Computer Network Exploitation and Cyber Intelligence supporting a United States ally in the Middle East focusing on counter-terrorism and protection. Since 2018, Dan has served as Chief Technology Officer at ExpressVPN, where he used his mission – minded focus and unique insights to protect ExpressVPN customers and employees. He is currently a principal at DNG Partners.
Dan holds many certifications, but most valued are his CCIE certifications in Security, Offensive Security Certified Professional and Expert.
Vinnie puts people and culture first. She enjoys connecting with people and companies to find their purpose, walking alongside them in their organisational growth journey. Her passion is influencing change at the Enterprise level to help bring about wide-ranging agile organisational transformation.
Vinnie has vast industry and has deep business experience. She has over 20 years in the project space and previously held roles in Project Management, Contracts, IT, HR, Strategy as well as experience working in and with start-up companies. She is a Chartered Fellow of the MCIPD.
She is deeply involved in the Agile community and volunteers her time with the Business Agility Institute, in addition to being a member of the International Consortium for Agile.
Vinnie has a special interest in educating and education being the tool that empowers people; she is an IC Agile Authorised Instructor.
Štěpán Holub is a leading expert in multi-generational wealth planning. He also regularly advises on international legal transactions. He has also successfully represented many clients before courts, including the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. He received the Pro Bono Lawyer Award of 2009 by the Czech Bar Association.
Štěpán’s clients can benefit from his extensive international network of lawyers, which helps him to find appropriate experts around the globe.
Štěpán studied law in the Czech Republic and Sweden. He speaks Czech, English, Swedish and German.
Miroslav Hyrman co-founded AgiLawyer as he believes that when the law-firm masters managing its teams, the teams themselves will propose what to digitize next. He is also a co-founder of a non-profit project called Linking help – UA.Support, an international pro bono platform. The platform links Ukrainian refugees requesting legal help with appropriate lawyers.
Miroslav has been consulting for law firms for almost a decade. He has advised law firms on marketing strategies, business processes, and their alignment with their business strategy. During his career, he has come across numerous SW solutions for case management, customer relationship management, and others. However, he has always promoted teamwork over comprehensive SW solutions and tools.
Eva Indruchová, LL.M., Ph.D. is an International Consultant and Founder of Wellinlo, well-being of lawyers. She is an experienced lawyer with a strong international background focusing mainly on international relations.
Eva’s international experience enabled her to better understand the challenges of the legal profession which led to the foundation of Wellinlo in 2020. Since then, she has been actively raising awareness about stigmatised issues in the legal profession and the well-being of legal professionals across Europe through her various initiatives, such as conferences, workshops or informative stands.
Eva is also certified in Mental Health First Aid. She is also a yoga instructor registered with the internationally recognised Yoga Alliance and developed YOGALO – yoga for lawyers, which complements her well-being services.
She lived six years in Brussels, Belgium where she was in charge of the Brussels Office of the Czech Bar Association. She has ten years of management experience as Head of the International Department of the Czech Bar Association.
Eva graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, obtained her LL.M. degree in Germany and completed part of her Ph.D. studies at the University of Bordeaux, France.
Ondřej is a Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Liftago, an open marketplace for urban transportation.
Ondřej spent several years in marketing and sales roles in multinational companies. Thanks to winning Cannes Lions, the world’s largest creative competition, Ondřej met his current partners at Liftago, a company that he helped found and has been running since 2017. Liftago is transitioning from a local auction-based taxi platform to a shared transportation network, Liftago.network, in which Liftago is just one client. Both Liftago and Liftago.network operate on the principles of long-term sustainability and the belief that happy carriers bring happy customers and service sustainability.
Ondřej Krátký graduated from the University of Economics (VŠE) in Prague.
Viktor Pakosta focuses on real estate, including construction law, financing, and litigation. He offers advice across a range of practice areas where real estate is at the center of the transaction. His advice is based on his broad experience with real estate development, transactions, and project financing. During his more than fifteen years of practice in this field, Viktor has advised international and local clients, including banks, leasing companies, developers, retail chains, and real estate funds.
Viktor has published articles on issues related to real estate, construction, and corporate law in legal and business magazines in English, German, Russian, and Czech.
Viktor graduated from Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, Viktor studied Austrian and European law at Leopold-Franzens University in Innsbruck, Austria, for six months.
As a seasoned mentor, my goal is to facilitate the development of both individuals and organizations. Drawing upon over 21 years of experience in various managerial positions in small Czech companies and large American corporations, I offer a wealth of expertise to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
At AgiLawyer, I hold the responsibility of providing top-notch business consultancy services. Additionally, I offer guidance to lawyers who are transitioning from their traditional roles to becoming savvy businesspersons. My focus is on ensuring that they have the necessary skills to succeed in today’s ever-changing business landscape.
Tomáš Ščerba has broad experience in cyber security, electronic contracting, the admissibility of electronic evidence and the legal status of electronic records, reliable storage and archiving and consumer contract law, and pertinent privacy issues (including GDPR). In the past, he also assisted clients in the areas of company law, M&A, restructuring and corporate finance.
Tomáš Ščerba publishes in national and international journals and regularly lectures on current issues in the area of ICT law, both to students at Czech faculties of law and students at foreign law schools (such as Harvard University, Boston, USA; Regents College, London, UK; Kings College, London, UK; Charles University Faculty of Law, Prague; The Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague and Masaryk University Faculty of Law, Brno, CZ).
Renáta is a marketing specialist with professional skills in copywriting. She also specializes in social media marketing. Her current focus is project management and content marketing. She supports her clients in their business activities and brand awareness by creating a marketing strategy and using content marketing to generate new potential business leads. She builds both personal and corporate brands.
Renáta graduated in corporate management from the University of Economics and Management Prague and international relations and European studies from the Metropolitan University Prague.
Mihaly is a strategic business development professional and the founder of Laurens Consulting, which is a Budapest-based consultancy specialising in advising law firms on both strategy and implementation issues, operating in collaboration with Venturis Consulting Group.
Mihaly has developed an in-depth understanding of the legal sector, gaining hands-on experience while working in “Heads of CEE BD” positions with responsibility for the jurisdictions of Czech R, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia in particular as regional BD director at Clifford Chance and also Austria and Bulgaria at DLA Piper in a similar regional Role.
Most recently Mihaly was advising the regional management team and office heads and partners at Noerr in creating an integrated regional practice, which involved the development of regional practice groups, regional industry groups. He was also driving and managing the regional key client program of the Firm. This involved the coordination of Research and Intelligence, People development, Marketing and Communications and also Product Development and Know-How management across the CEE.
He started his career at Coopers & Lybrand as a marketing consultant, one of the predecessor firms of today’s PwC.
Alice is a partner at AgiLawyer, where she leverages her extensive experience in both marketing and sales, affirming her belief that effective marketing is intrinsically linked to sales and the strategic objectives of a company. Her role at AgiLawyer is to offer comprehensive, high-quality marketing advice, always mindful of the legal profession’s promotional restrictions as outlined by bar associations. She is committed to helping law firms achieve success and modernity, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness as key business goals.
Before joining AgiLawyer, Alice honed her skills in business development and marketing coordination across several prestigious organizations. She served as a BD manager at DLA Piper and ASB Group, and as a Marketing Coordinator at Arzinger a Partneři and TVO Europe, bringing a wealth of experience and insight to her current position.
